PROMOTION REGULATIONS "SHOPPER BAG FOR 1 EUR”

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The organizer of the promotion "Shopper Bag for 1 EUR" ("Promotion") is THE ODDER SIDE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, with its registered office in Warsaw, at Widok 10 lok. 3A, 00-023 Warsaw, registered by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIV Economic Division of the National Court Register, KRS 0000983656, NIP 7010439296, REGON 147420946, with share capital of: PLN 5,000.00 ("Organizer").
1. The Promotion runs from April, 23th, 2024 until further notice or until stock depletion.
The content of the Promotion regulations is available on the Organizer's online store website at https://eur.theodderside.com/pages/promotion-regulations-shopper-bag-for-1-eur ("Online Store") and at the Organizer's headquarters.
All terms written in uppercase have the same meaning as assigned to them by the regulations of the Online Store available at the link https://eur.theodderside.com/pages/regulations unless the Promotion regulations state otherwise.

2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION

The Promotion applies to all products available in the Online Store.
When placing an Order in the Online Store, if the order value equals or exceeds EUR 00 (two hundred fifty euro, 00/100), the Customer has the option to take advantage of the promotion and add a Shopper Bag (“Shopper Bag”) to their Order for EUR 1.00 (one Euro, 00/100).
The Customer may participate in the Promotion any number of times, provided that the conditions specified in § 2 above are met each time.
Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of the Promotion regulations and the Online Store regulations.
The regular price of the Shopper Bag is stated on the Online Store.
The Customer cannot receive any cash or material equivalent in exchange for the Shopper Bag.
In case of returning part of the Order and reducing its value below EUR 250.00 or returning the entire Order (i.e., exercising the right to withdraw from the contract), the Customer is obliged to return the Shopper Bag.

3. COMPLAINTS

Complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted to the email address: hello@theodderside.com or to the addresses specified in the Online Store regulations (point X of the Online Store regulations). The complaint should briefly describe the circumstances justifying its submission.
Complaints regarding the Promotion will be considered within 14 days from the date of receipt by the Organizer. The provisions of the Promotion regulations in no way limit the rights to file complaints or pursue claims available to Customers under applicable law.
The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Promotion at any time during its duration, without giving reasons.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion regulations. Any changes to the Promotion regulations will be effective from the date of their announcement.

4. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Customers' personal data is processed for the purpose of conducting the Promotion. Personal data of Customers who have submitted a complaint regarding the Promotion are processed for the purpose of considering their complaint.
The administrator of Customers' personal data is the Organizer, i.e., The Odder Side Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the law, especially with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data, including information about the rights available to the Customer, is contained in the privacy policy posted on the Organizer's website at https://eur.theodderside.com/pages/privacy-policy

5. FINAL PROVISIONS

Matters not regulated in the Promotion regulations shall be governed by the provisions of the Online Store regulations and the applicable law, in particular the Civil Code.
Advertising and promotional materials regarding the Promotion are for informational purposes only. The binding legal force is solely held by the provisions of the Promotion regulations and the Online Store regulations.
The regulations are effective from April, 23th, 2024.
In justified cases, the Organizer may amend the Promotion regulations, of which Users will be promptly notified by publishing the consolidated text of the Promotion regulations in the Online Store. The amendment to the Promotion regulations does not affect agreements concluded within the Promotion before the publication of information about the change.
